Before Order

Custom logo and pattern printing are available for qualified custom orders. Before production, we confirm the MOQ, sample requirements, production schedule, packing details and FOB terms.

During Production

Mass production starts only after product specifications, artwork, packing and order details are confirmed.Production updates can be provided according to the agreed order schedule. Third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment when required.Final quality inspection is completed before shipment.

After-sales Service

If production-related defects are found after delivery, please provide photos or videos within 7 days for review.We will review confirmed production-related defects and discuss an appropriate solution based on the specific case.

Order Information

1.MOQ：

In-stock products can be ordered in smaller quantities, subject to available stock. Custom printed orders start at 500 pcs per design. The final quantity can be confirmed based on the order requirements. Existing stock samples are available for evaluation. Sample shipping costs are normally paid by the buyer. Deposit: 30% down payment to start bulk production. Full balance needs to be paid before goods leave our factory.

2.Shipping: 

Sea freight, air freight and door-to-door courier services are available depending on order size, destination and delivery requirements.

3.Packing:

Each balloon is packed in an individual poly bag and then placed in export cartons designed to reduce damage during transportation.

Q1: Is it okay to mix different tail colors for one big order? 

A: Yes. Different in-stock colors can be mixed within one order, subject to stock availability and confirmed packing quantities. You can mix colors when ordering our in-stock mermaid tail foil balloons.

Q2: Can we get our brand logo printed on these balloons? 

A: We can print your logo, but you’ll need to hit our custom-order minimum quantity.

Q3: How long will these balloons stay blown up? 

A: It all comes down to where you keep them. If the seals stay tight, they can hold air for a couple of days.

Q4: What shipping terms do you mostly go with? 

A: FOB is what we normally work with. We can follow other trade terms if you need something different.
